Mobile Travel Fees

(separate from notary fees)

Travel fees are charged in addition to Alabama’s state-regulated notary fees. Below are the starting travel fees based on distance from Enterprise:

• Within Enterprise — Starting at $15

• 10–20 Miles — Starting at $25

• 21–35 Miles — Starting at $35

• 36+ Miles — Call for a custom quote

If you’re outside Enterprise, contact us for an exact travel fee for distances over 36 miles.

Fingerprinting Service Pricing

Process Service

Standard process service — $75: up to 3 reasonable attempts during standard hours, with service documentation and proof of service.

Civil Subpoena Service — $60: standard service within our area.

Additional Attempt — $20 Each extra try beyond the included attempts.

Additional Defendant (same address) — $35 Each extra person served at the same location on the same visit.

Rush / Priority — +$25 Faster handling or priority scheduling.

Same-Day Service — +$35 Assigned and attempted the same day (subject to availability).

Evening / Weekend Attempt — +$25 Service attempts outside normal daytime hours.

Stakeout / Wait Time — $50/hr (1-hour minimum) Waiting at a home, workplace, or other location.

Basic Skip Trace / Address Research — $40 Public-record/online search for a usable address.

Difficult / Special Circumstance Serve — Quote for jails, hospitals, secured facilities, remote locations, or other hard-to-serve situations.

After Hours / Priority Service

Before 8:00 AM (9 AM on weekends) - +$10

Rush Appointments (within 2 hours) - +$20

After 9:00 PM (7 PM on weekends) - +$15

Immediate Emergency (within 1 hour, if available) - +$35

Holidays - +$25
